Commission
- Bokwu shall collect a commission of ₹300 or 25% of the tuition fee, whichever is higher, from the
Service
Provider for each transaction facilitated through the Boku platform.
Liability
- The Service Provider and Receiver agree to hold Bokwu harmless for any risks or damages arising
from their
transaction.
- The Service Provider and Receiver shall indemnify Bokwu against any claims, damages, or losses
resulting
from their transaction.
Responsibility for Information
- The Service Provider is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information on the
Bokwu
platform.
- Any misleading information provided by the Service Provider shall make them liable for losses or
damages
to the Receiver or the platform.
Content Control
- Bokwu reserves the right to edit, remove, or delete any information on the platform if deemed
necessary
for the benefit of Boku.
Entire Agreement
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all
prior
negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
Termination
- Bokwu reserves the right to terminate any account or access to the platform if these Terms and
Conditions
are violated.
By using the Bokwu platform, Service Providers and Receivers agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions.
